How do I use my PC hours?
Check in with staff when you arrive. They'll log your session and deduct from your monthly hours. Unused hours don't roll over.
What is the Voyager membership?
Voyager was our early member program that ran during our grand opening. The 18 Voyagers who joined have their exclusive perks locked in forever. The Voyager program is now closed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your profile. Benefits remain active until the end of your billing period.
Do I need a membership to visit?
No, everyone is welcome! Membership just gives you better value if you're a regular visitor. Walk-in rates are still available.
