Pass rules & benefit renewal

Monthly passes expire at your normal benefit renewal; no rollover. One personal pass per business day. Guests must visit with their Voyager sponsor, including reentry. Personal and guest passes may be used on the same day. Initial activation grants the full four personal and one guest pass; existing arcade usage is preserved.

A few helpful details

Know before you play.

What else is charged separately?

Entry is free. Café purchases, arcade games, claw machines, and other purchases are separate. A PC/console day pass is not an all-venue pass.

Can I combine a member discount with a promotion?

Member pricing and promotions do not stack. You get the lowest eligible standalone price.

Can I buy hours or day passes online?

PC bundles and day passes are purchased in store. Advance online purchases and a stored money balance are not available.

Are purchased bundles the same as monthly benefits?

No. Monthly membership benefits and purchased PC bundles are separate. Arcade credit is for arcade use, not a cash wallet.
